Follow Up: Main Block Restoration Work Begins January 2007

Formal award of tender has been completed. It can now be revealed that Kee Chanona Limited have been given the contract to do the contruction work.

Kee Chanona has almost 20 years in the construction business and an extensive regional resume, including the Office of the Attorney General on St. Vincent Street, the Police Headquarters Restoration, and BPTT building on Queens Park West. Among their current projects are the restoration of Holy Rosary Church, the Ministry of Public Administration building in St. Clair, and the new Milner Hall block at UWI in St. Augustine.

Let's all wish them a favourable working relationship with the architects, and early project completion.
